Amy Reasoner

Hi MKs! My name is Amy Reasoner. Though I was born in Jefferson City, I grew up here in Springfield around AGWM (then the Division of Foreign Missions) where my father was an editor of the monthly World Missions magazine. I graduated in 2004 from Central High School with an International Baccalaureate Diploma. After that I attended college at Drury University, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in English. While I was a student at Drury, I completed a semester-long study abroad term in Volos, Greece. During my time there, I began corresponding with my friend Jason, and after I got home, it didn’t take us long to realize that it was God’s will to bring us together. We were married on April 19, 2008 and are excited for what God will do through us.
We currently serve in youth ministry together at Park Crest Assembly of God. Before coming to the MK office, I was on staff as a fulltime teacher at our church’s daycare facility, so I am no stranger to working with children and teenagers. I was never a missionary kid, but I have always loved and supported missions, and am looking forward to working with our Assemblies of God MKs!
