Robin Malcolm

robinHey MKs! My name is Robin Malcolm, and I am the new MK Office Coordinator. I am originally from Seattle, and I went to college in Washington State, with a math major. I had plans to be a high school math or science teacher, but God had other plans for my life. I am not an MK, but I married one! And since my husband, Phil, and I are missionaries, I’m also the mother of two MKs! Jake is 14 and Grace is 11, and they have been MKs since they were very small. They’ve traveled the world with us and speak English and French. Phil is an MK from Africa. His parents served in Zaire and Zimbabwe. He is now the Projects Director for Africa’s Children and Cry Africa. After we were married, we became full-time children’s pastors. We pastored in Spokane, WA and North Bend, OR before our appointment as missionaries in 1998. As children’s missionaries, we served our first term in Ivory Coast, helping the national church to build children’s programs. We worked with KidsQuest International for a few years of our second term, traveling the world and training adults to do children’s ministries and crusades. Most recently, we returned from Togo where we continued working with children’s ministry. I am so excited to be able to work in the MK office. I think MKs are some of the coolest people in the world. I look forward to getting to know you. Please don’t hesitate to call me, email me, or look me up on Facebook if you have any questions or if you just want to chat!
