I, , agree to maintain standards of behavior at -- and in route to and from -- the Thanksgiving Retreat, which exclude the following:

1. Possession of illegal drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or the use thereof. Housing of persons not invited by the MK Program Manager. Possession of pornographic literature, promiscuous sexual activity.
2. Sale or trade of airline tickets to persons without the explicit approval of the MK Program Manager.
3. Repeated failure to comply with standards and abuse of standards adhered to by the group as delineated in the retreat handbook.

   I understand that failure to comply with these standards, as determined by the MK Program Manager, will result in immediate expulsion from the retreat and any costs incurred during such action will be deducted from my parents' personal, not work (00) account. In addition, the privilege of attending the Thanksgiving Retreat will be withheld for one year. An invitation to return will be considered after that time has expired. Although not a criteria for immediate expulsion, failure to attend all morning and evening sessions will be viewed as grounds for future retreat disqualification. Skipping a morning session will result in loss of activities for the day. Skipping an evening session will result in loss of activities the next day. Failure to attend two sessions will result in loss of all activities and an invitation for the next year's retreat. Please keep in mind that the MK Office is ethically and legally responsible to cooperate with the colleges that maintain a code of conduct form which was filled out upon matriculation at the college. Any infraction of that code of conduct will be reported to the dean of your institution.
