Outlook setup instructions can be found here. You will use the pop3 and smtp servers mail.mk.ismk.org.
If you are unable to send emails in Outlook or another mail program, this means the port 25 used for sending email is blocked by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Try to use port 587 in the account setup under advanced.
- If that does not work, you will need to contact your ISP and use their smtp servers. They might look like this : mail.myisp.com
- If this does not solve your issue, you will need to use the webmail to send and recieve all of your emails.
First, make sure you are using your full email address to login. For example, if your name is Johnny Mkay, your login would be johhny.mkay@mk.ismk.org
If you are using your correct email address and still cannot login, you might not be using the correct password. Please refer to your registration confirmation you recieved from the MK Office when your email address was setup.
If you are still unable to login, contact us and we will reset your password and send it to you via email.
